Whatcha eating today?
So here's the mealplan for today:
Breakfast: Tilapia/Applescauce (my usual)
Lunch: Deli meats and celery
Dinner: Fuji apple chicken salad (I'm hooked on this stuff)
Snack: Apple

B: Half low carb wrap with 1 egg, bacon, and 1 slice of lite cheese
L: Something lite, maybe a cheese stick
D: Salmon or chicken w/ cabbage.

protein shake or coffee
100 cal popcorn
100 cal south beach bar

B-Protein berry smoothie
L-Fresh Tuna salad (no mayo) with grape tomato, cucumber, mixed baby greens, calamada olives (just a few), a few (just a few) whole wheat croutons (home made) a few shavings of really good Parmesan cheese with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing! Yummo!
D-Grilled salmon, grilled zucchini, mixed green salad and backed potato.
Snack/desert Mixed melon, grape and berry fruit salad with Cinnamon yogurt sauce.
